How’d we do.
Challenge
JigTalk is a gamified location-based dating app. Users exchange messages to reveal each other’s puzzled faces, piece by piece. Jigtalk tasked us with creating a website that explained the app concept within just 5 seconds.
Solution
We worked with the Jig team to ideate and deliver multiple landing page concepts, to find out which would truly get the concept of Jigtalk across as quickly as possible. As well as fulfilling the wider brief of creating an App Store explainer video and the full website project.
Result
The website has played a pivotal role in generating app downloads of Jigtalk, and explaining the concept. We also made an interactive explainer video, and conceptualised new user experience animations for the product.

For a brand new mobile app naturally their website has to work on mobile. We built a mobile first platform which was optimised for conversion and easy to use.
Analytics and insights.
So we could find out if we really suceeded in explaining the concept of Jigtalk in just five seconds to a potential match. We setup analytics systems, tracked key events and user feedback on the website.

Building the waiting list with chat-bots
We launched a countdown site prior to the launch of the latest version of Jigtalk, this let new users sign up to a wait list that would notify them via facebook messenger once the app was released. After the app was launched they continued to use the facebook messenger bot to optimise customer support for users.
